Kevin integrates eastern and western massage techniques into his deep tissue treatments. The methods he uses aide in the prevention and/or healing of injuries, including sports injuries, chronic and acute pain. Kevin also provides therapeutic massages to relax and revitalize you. He brings over 30 years of experience, a lot of serious sweat, and a sense of humour to his job.
Kevin has won numerous awards including ''Excellence in Teaching'' from Kikkawa College. In addition to clinical work, Kevin has been part of the examination committee working as board examiner for the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. For many years Kevin was also actively teaching and instructing students. Kevin's hands-on techniques continue to be sought out by other therapists.
Diana treats her clients based on their conditions. She focuses on your whole body to create balance and proper alignment, reduce pain, improve flexibility, range of motion, and to improve general well-being.
During treatments Diana uses different techniques and skills such as Swedish massage, Myofascial release, Trigger Points Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage, Remedial Exercises and Stretching.
Originally from Russia, Diana graduated from the three year Advanced Massage Therapy program at Centennial College and her dream of becoming professionally skilled to help people came true.
Dr. Nam H. Nguyen is pleased to provide the people of Leslieville and surrounding areas quality chiropractic service and care. Dr. Nguyen recognizes the constant demands put upon people’s bodies today and is excited to play a role in building a healthier community.
Being an avid student of several chiropractic techniques, Dr. Nguyen is well versed in Applied Kinesiology, S.O.T, and acupuncture to name a few. It is the variety of techniques and procedures that allow Dr. Nguyen to address the structural, chemical, emotional and energetic components to your health issues.
Julie graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2007. Her experience is extensive. Julie specializes in massage treatments which focus on giving immediate and long-term relief from sore muscles, injuries, and stress, as well as overall relaxation. She works with babies suffering from colic, children looking for relief from growing pains, pregnant women seeking relief from lower back, hip and/or leg discomfort, professional and amateur athletes and seniors in their 80’s all dealing with some form of injury or discomfort.

Iain’s massages are relaxing and rejuvenating. Iain also provides therapeutic massages to increase function and flexibility, reduce chronic or acute pain, and prevent and heal injuries. He promotes good health through body work, exercise, posture awareness, breathing skills, relaxation, and a love of life.
Before joining Advanced Therapeutics, Iain led the Massage Therapy team for five years at St. Anne's Spa, a five star health resort in Grafton, Ontario. He graduated from Kikkawa College of Massage Therapy in 1995 and studied extensively at York University. When Iain isn't practicing Tai Chi, he's pursuing academics pertaining to health and wellness. Iain continues advanced studies in lymph drainage, cranial sacral, aromatherapy, and Thai Yoga Massage.
Frederic's acupuncture treatments relieve pain, promote healing, improve and maintain good health. He is dedicated to his craft. In 1995 Frederic enrolled at the Institute of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture of Canada. After graduating in 1999, with a diploma in Chinese medicine, Frederic began working alongside his father, a master of Chinese medicine and acupuncture, at his clinic. In 2007, Frederic earned the title of Dr. of Acupuncture after successfully completing the international acupuncture examination in Beijing, China. Frederic has been practicing medicine at Advanced Therapeutics Wellness since 2013. He also provides acupuncture treatments at the Canadian Mental Health Clinic. A registered member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario, Frederic teaches at the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Paul focuses on removing tension and muscle tightness, healing sports injuries and chronic pain and leaving you feeling balanced, lighter and more physically aligned. Born in County Tyrone, Ireland, Paul has a diploma in Raynor Massage Techniques from Brandon Raynor’s School of Massage and Natural Therapies, London, England, and training in Kinetic Chain Release (KCR), Newry, Ireland. Raynor is a holistic system of bodywork incorporating a unique style of deep tissue massage. It draws on both eastern and western massage techniques and philosophies. Paul also includes Kinetic Chain Release, a simple yet extremely effective system of gentle joint mobilizations and stretches, into sessions. PLEASE NOTE: Raynor massage treatments are considered Alternative Holistic Healthcare are not eligible for all insurance or company benefit coverage.
Esther is a certified Pilates instructor as well as a certified Hatha Yoga teacher. In 2010, she was also certified as an Alexander teacher (ATI). Her specialty is working with people in injury rehabilitation and prevention, managing chronic conditions and developing the good coordination to promote ease of movement in any daily activity.
Kim Sawyer has been practicing meditation for over 40 years and has been teaching for 20 years. She is a graduate of the Kinmount Seminary and Academy. Her principal teacher was Venerable Namgyal Rinpoche, a Canadian master who was recognized by the Dalai Lama.
Kim offers both individual and group classes at Advanced Therapeutics. Her approach to teaching meditation addresses the stresses of daily life using mindfulness and loving kindness practice. She also teaches other practices such as visualization, emotional transformation and insight meditation.
